How to Print the Schedule

Go to the Schedules page, select the site, and open the schedule to print. (For help with this see: How to View a Schedule)

Inside the schedule, mouse over the “Reports and Printing” tab. Select the “Print Schedule” option.

In the box that opens, choose “use actual time, if applicable” from the menu. This will cause the accurate times to be reflected on the printed schedule.

This downloads as a PDF. Once you open the file, you can print it through Adobe PDF.

If you are printing a composite schedule, a list of the available schedules will appear. Select the schedules you want and click print.
